Responsibility
- Monitor and ensure compliance with Halal certification standards across all products.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of production facilities to verify Halal compliance.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure raw materials meet Halal requirements.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for Halal certification processes.
- Train and educate staff on Halal standards and best practices.
- Liaise with Halal certification bodies and regulatory authorities.
- Investigate and resolve any non-compliance issues promptly.
- Stay updated on changes in Halal regulations and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Halal certification or quality control.
- Strong knowledge of Halal standards and certification processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with food safety and quality management systems.
- Willingness to travel to various locations as needed.
