Responsibility
- Identify and acquire new customers for Hajj pilgrimage financing products through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and tailor financing solutions to meet demand in Bali’s diverse communities.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies, including digital campaigns, community events, and partnerships with local mosques and Islamic organizations.
- Educate potential clients on the benefits, terms, and Sharia compliance of our Hajj financing products.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, applications, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to refine our value proposition.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to ethical and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or Islamic Economics (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer acquisition, preferably in financial services or Islamic banking.
- Strong understanding of Sharia-compliant financing principles and Hajj pilgrimage processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing tools is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings.
