Responsibility
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the gym facilities, including equipment and common areas.
- Assist guests with gym equipment usage and provide basic fitness guidance.
- Monitor gym operations to ensure safety and proper use of equipment.
- Restock towels, water, and other amenities for guest convenience.
- Conduct regular inspections of gym equipment and report any maintenance issues.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Assist in organizing fitness classes or wellness activities as needed.
- Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for guests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a gym, fitness center, or hospitality role is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of gym equipment and fitness principles.
- Strong customer service skills with a guest-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform tasks requiring moderate physical effort.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in fitness or related field is advantageous.
