Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily front office operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests.
- Lead, train, and mentor front desk staff to deliver consistent, high-quality service aligned with brand standards.
- Handle guest complaints or issues promptly, ensuring resolution with a guest-first approach.
- Monitor room availability, reservations, and allocations to optimize occupancy and revenue.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, preferences, and special requests for personalized service.
- Implement and enforce hotel policies, procedures, and service excellence standards.
- Assist in preparing reports on front office performance, guest feedback, and operational metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in front office or guest services within the hospitality industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage conflicts, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera, Amadeus, or similar.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Familiarity with Bali’s tourism landscape and cultural sensitivity to diverse guest profiles.
