Responsibility
- Supervise and lead the Front Office team to ensure seamless guest check-ins, check-outs, and overall service delivery.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to maintain high standards of room readiness and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate Front Office staff to uphold Pullmanās service excellence standards.
- Monitor and manage room inventory, reservations, and billing processes to optimize occupancy and revenue.
- Implement and enforce hotel policies, procedures, and safety protocols to ensure a secure and welcoming environment.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute strategies for enhancing guest experiences and operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, incidents, and feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest service and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to guest and operational challenges.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet the demands of a 24/7 hospitality environment.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
