As a Guest Relations Officer, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring seamless check-ins, personalized assistance, and resolving inquiries with professionalism. Your role is pivotal in maintaining our reputation for outstanding service in Bali’s competitive hospitality landscape.

Responsibility
- Welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Provide personalized assistance, including local recommendations, activity bookings, and special requests.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with empathy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, F&B, and management to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and preferences.
- Upsell hotel services and promotions to enhance guest experiences.
- Assist in coordinating VIP arrivals and special events.
- Stay updated on local attractions, cultural events, and hospitality trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in guest relations, front desk, or customer service within hospitality.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment while maintaining composure.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera PMS) is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a guest-first mindset.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management is advantageous.
