Responsibility
- Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for high-profile guests, ensuring seamless communication and personalized service.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., concierge, F&B, housekeeping) to deliver flawless guest experiences.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, turning challenges into opportunities for loyalty.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, including tailored amenities and exclusive offers.
- Monitor guest feedback and trends, providing insights to improve service standards.
- Host VIP events, private dinners, or special occasions to foster long-term guest relationships.
- Uphold brand standards and values in all interactions, embodying the essence of Balinese hospitality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in guest relations, luxury hospitality, or a similar role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Proven ability to manage high-profile guests with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or guest management software.
