Responsibility
- Deliver personalized guest experiences from check-in to check-out, ensuring all needs are anticipated and met.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and discretion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (housekeeping, F&B, concierge) to exceed guest expectations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients, including high-net-worth individuals and corporate partners.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements to enhance satisfaction scores.
- Assist in upselling services (e.g., spa packages, tours, dining) to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Organize and oversee guest events or exclusive experiences (e.g., private dinners, cultural excursions).
- Stay updated on local attractions, promotions, and industry trends to provide expert recommendations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in guest relations, front office, or customer service within the hospitality industry.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese) are a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset.
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations with diplomacy and composure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in PMS (Property Management Systems) and Microsoft Office.
