Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content channels.
- Optimize paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) to maximize ROI and lead generation.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and trends.
- Monitor KPIs (CTR, CAC, conversion rates) and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
- Implement A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to refine messaging and targeting.
- Manage marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) to nurture leads and enhance customer journeys.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in growth hacking, AI-driven marketing, and MarTech to innovate strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital/growth marketing, with a proven track record of scaling campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and a passion for experimentation.
- Familiarity with Bali’s digital landscape or Southeast Asian markets is a plus.
