Responsibility
- Develop and execute high-converting content strategies across social media, blogs, and email campaigns to attract and nurture leads.
- Create engaging multimedia content (videos, graphics, carousels, and copy) tailored to real estate audiences in Bali and beyond.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (engagement, conversion rates, ROI) to refine marketing strategies and improve performance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align content with lead generation goals and support client acquisition efforts.
- Optimize website and social media profiles for SEO and user experience to drive organic traffic and inquiries.
- Stay ahead of real estate market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, etc.) to maximize reach and cost-efficiency.
- Build and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent, on-brand messaging across all platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing (real estate industry is a plus).
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with a portfolio of work (e.g., blogs, social posts, ad copy).
- Proficiency in SEO best practices, Google Analytics, and social media tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite).
- Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp), and basic graphic design.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian is a bonus.
