Responsibility

  • Lead and manage the Inbound Hotel operations team to ensure all project milestones are met on schedule.
  • Collaborate with the global management team to design and implement strategic initiatives for the HTL division.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate effective communication between local teams and international stakeholders to ensure operational alignment.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions to enhance departmental efficiency.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide professional development coaching for team members.
  • Oversee the successful launch of new hotel partnerships and service features within the region.
  • Ensure high levels of service quality and customer satisfaction through rigorous operational oversight.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations or project management, ideally within an OTA (Online Travel Agency) or travel tech environment.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and reporting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Deep understanding of the hotel industry and market dynamics in Bali and Southeast Asia.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and CRM software.
