Responsibility
- Lead and oversee the group consolidation process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS standards.
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Coordinate and facilitate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to enhance process efficiency and accuracy.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline financial operations and reporting.
- Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a group consolidation or financial reporting role.
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards.
- Proven experience in managing audits and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Leadership experience with a track record of mentoring and developing finance professionals.
