Responsibility
- Manage and oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement of salaries and benefits.
- Handle billing and invoicing operations, including preparation, distribution, and follow-up on outstanding payments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries, reconciliations, and month-end closings.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize accounting processes and improve efficiency.
- Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and audit preparations as needed.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, payroll, or financial reporting roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets accurately.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
