Responsibility

  • Manage and oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement of salaries and benefits.
  • Handle billing and invoicing operations, including preparation, distribution, and follow-up on outstanding payments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries, reconciliations, and month-end closings.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize accounting processes and improve efficiency.
  • Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and audit preparations as needed.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to management to drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, payroll, or financial reporting roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
  • Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets accurately.
