Responsibility
- Oversee the full accounting, reporting, and audit lifecycle for regulated entities.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial strategy and decision-making.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, regulators, and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls.
- Provide strategic financial insights to senior management.
- Mentor and develop finance team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Experience in fintech or regulated financial services is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficient in financial software and ERP systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
