Responsibility
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and helping them find products.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the produce section, ensuring all fruits and vegetables are fresh and well-stocked.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or discrepancies to the management team.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Assist in the unloading and stocking of new produce deliveries.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and maintain a positive shopping environment.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
