Responsibility
- Develop and execute visually stunning offline marketing materials, including brochures, posters, and promotional collateral.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and design brand activations and events that resonate with our target audience.
- Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual touchpoints.
- Partner with external vendors, printers, and agencies to produce high-quality marketing assets.
- Design engaging presentations and pitch decks for partnerships and stakeholder meetings.
- Stay ahead of design trends and industry best practices to keep our brand fresh and competitive.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for campaign strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or agency setting.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, from print to digital.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Passion for branding and a deep understanding of how design impacts business growth.
