Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee architectural projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to design standards and client requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop and refine project plans, elevations, and specifications.
- Review and approve architectural drawings, ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any design or construction challenges.
- Liaise with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and presentations to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural coordination, project management, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and clients.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles and green building practices is a plus.
