Responsibility
- Develop conceptual designs, blueprints, and 3D models for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects in Bali.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure designs meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory standards.
- Conduct site visits and feasibility studies to assess project requirements and constraints.
- Prepare and present detailed construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, and material specifications.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability guidelines.
- Oversee project timelines and budgets, coordinating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality results on schedule.
- Incorporate sustainable and eco-friendly design principles to align with Bali’s environmental ethos.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and technologies to enhance design innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in residential or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative, functional, and technically sound designs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts to clients and teams.
- Knowledge of Bali’s construction regulations and cultural design influences is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and spoken).
