In this role, you will work closely with our marketing and operations teams to conceptualize and execute a wide variety of design projects. From social media visuals and promotional materials to in-store signage and menu design, your work will be the face of Caferoo. We are seeking a creative professional who is not only technically proficient in industry-standard design software but also someone who understands the importance of visual communication in a fast-paced retail or cafe environment.

Responsibility
- Develop and produce high-quality visual content for social media, digital advertisements, and print materials.
- Collaborate with the management team to align design concepts with the company’s brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Create and update menu designs, promotional signage, and in-store marketing collateral.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are completed within deadlines.
- Prepare final print-ready files and ensure quality control for all visual outputs.
- Assist in the development of brand guidelines to maintain visual consistency across all platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with current design trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand competitive.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse creative projects.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interpret creative briefs effectively.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
- A creative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and visual storytelling.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in our Malate location.
