Responsibility
- Develop creative design concepts for marketing campaigns, including digital ads, social media posts, and email newsletters.
- Design high-quality print collateral such as brochures, flyers, billboards, and signage for various property developments.
- Collaborate with the marketing and project teams to ensure all visuals align with Greenfieldās brand guidelines.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and quality standards.
- Retouch and enhance photography of property units and amenities to ensure premium presentation.
- Prepare final print-ready files and optimize digital assets for web and mobile performance.
- Stay up-to-date with current design trends, software updates, and emerging technologies in the real estate sector.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās Degree in Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in professional graphic design, preferably within real estate or advertising agencies.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both print and digital design formats.
- Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding principles.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate design concepts clearly to stakeholders.
- Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (Premiere Pro/After Effects) is a significant advantage.
