Responsibility
- Assist in analyzing and optimizing warehouse layouts, workflows, and logistics processes to improve efficiency.
- Support the implementation of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles in daily operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Participate in data collection, reporting, and performance tracking using industry-standard tools.
- Contribute to project planning and execution for supply chain enhancements.
- Assist in inventory management, demand forecasting, and capacity planning.
- Learn and apply health, safety, and compliance standards in all operational activities.
- Prepare presentations and reports for stakeholder reviews and management updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (recent graduates preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Basic knowledge of lean principles, process mapping, or operational excellence is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to adapt quickly, learn new systems, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for continuous improvement and innovation in logistics and supply chain.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (work permit assistance provided for eligible candidates).
