Responsibility
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to expand Copeland’s market presence in Indonesia.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and sales teams to identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients and partners.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, market analyses, and competitive intelligence to support decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, contractors, and end-users.
- Support the preparation of proposals, quotations, and contracts in alignment with company policies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes affecting HVAC/R and climate solutions.
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical knowledge and sales acumen.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Basic understanding of HVAC/R systems, thermodynamics, or climate control technologies is advantageous.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and in a team.
- Willingness to travel within Indonesia as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Demonstrated interest in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
