Responsibility

  • Drive sales of construction materials and solutions by identifying and engaging potential clients in the Bali region (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung).
  • Leverage your civil engineering expertise to provide technical consultations, assess project requirements, and propose tailored solutions to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, architects, and government agencies to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, production, logistics) to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive offerings, and new business opportunities in Bali’s construction sector.
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, address client concerns, and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (required).
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction, engineering, or building materials industry.
  • Strong technical understanding of construction materials, methods, and project requirements.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Bali for client meetings and site visits.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
