Responsibility
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of engineering projects in the energy and resources sector.
- Conduct site inspections, data collection, and technical analysis to support project execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Prepare technical reports, drawings, and documentation under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Participate in feasibility studies and risk assessments for new projects.
- Support the maintenance and optimization of existing infrastructure and systems.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development through training and mentorship programs.
- Contribute to sustainability initiatives and innovative solutions for energy efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, Electrical, or Petroleum Engineering (or related fields).
- Fresh graduates or those with less than 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or industry-specific tools) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Passion for the energy sector and a commitment to safety and sustainability.
