Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation of engineering drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for construction projects.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Support senior engineers in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Perform material testing and analysis to ensure adherence to industry standards.
- Collaborate with contractors, architects, and stakeholders to resolve technical challenges.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and document project milestones.
- Assist in risk assessment and mitigation strategies for construction activities.
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical and soft skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or Revit is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with construction standards, codes, and regulations.
- Willingness to work on-site in Badung, Bali (relocation support may be provided).
- Proactive attitude with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
