Responsibility
- Operate and maintain industrial boilers in compliance with safety regulations.
- Monitor boiler performance and conduct routine inspections to ensure optimal functionality.
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot boiler-related issues.
- Ensure adherence to JKKP (Department of Occupational Safety and Health) standards.
- Maintain accurate records of boiler operations, maintenance, and safety checks.
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to improve boiler efficiency.
- Respond to emergency situations and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Train and mentor junior staff on boiler operations and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Certified Grade 1 Boilerman by JKKP or equivalent regulatory body.
- Proven experience in operating and maintaining industrial boilers.
- Strong knowledge of boiler safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical fitness to perform manual tasks and work in industrial environments.
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to operational demands.
