Responsibility

  • Coordinate with local and national government agencies to secure necessary permits, licenses, and clearances for property transactions.
  • Facilitate the processing of property title transfers from Robinsons Land Corporation to buyers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Liaise with legal teams, notaries, and external stakeholders to verify and authenticate property documents.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and procedural changes affecting real estate transactions.
  • Prepare and submit documentation packages to government offices, following up on applications to expedite approvals.
  • Monitor the status of pending applications and proactively resolve any issues or delays.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and summaries of liaison activities for internal stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to buyers, addressing inquiries related to documentation and transfer processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar liaison or administrative role, preferably in real estate or property development.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian government procedures and real estate regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with government officials and clients.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with property documentation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
