Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement automated workflows within the GoHighLevel platform to streamline client operations and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify automation opportunities and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns, SMS sequences, and funnel automation to enhance lead generation and customer engagement.
- Integrate GoHighLevel with other tools and platforms (e.g., CRM systems, payment gateways, social media) to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
- Monitor and optimize automated workflows to ensure accuracy, performance, and scalability.
- Provide training and support to clients on using GoHighLevel features and automated processes effectively.
- Stay updated with the latest GoHighLevel features, updates, and best practices to continuously improve automation strategies.
- Generate reports and insights on automation performance, campaign results, and ROI for clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a GoHighLevel Automation Specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio of automated workflows and campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of the GoHighLevel platform, including its automation, CRM, and marketing features.
- Experience with email marketing, SMS campaigns, and funnel automation within GoHighLevel or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with integrating GoHighLevel with third-party tools (e.g., Zapier, APIs, webhooks).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex automation processes to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Experience working with clients in a virtual assistant or consulting capacity is a plus.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required.
