Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement custom automation workflows in GoHighLevel for client projects
- Create and optimize marketing funnels, lead capture systems, and customer journey automations
- Integrate GoHighLevel with other business tools and platforms (CRM, email marketing, payment gateways)
- Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues to ensure smooth operation of client systems
- Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements for automation efficiency
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align automation strategies with business goals
- Document automation processes and create training materials for clients
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of GoHighLevel features and best practices
Qualifications
- Proven experience with GoHighLevel platform (certification preferred)
- Strong understanding of marketing automation principles and digital marketing workflows
- Experience with CRM systems, email marketing tools, and API integrations
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for customization purposes
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Experience working remotely with international teams is a plus
