Responsibility
- Execute and manage trades in global derivatives and commodities markets for a diverse client portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their investment goals and risk tolerance.
- Monitor market trends, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to clients and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all trading activities.
- Collaborate with sales, research, and risk management teams to optimize trading strategies and client outcomes.
- Prepare and present market reports, trade summaries, and performance analytics to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on global economic developments, geopolitical factors, and commodity price movements.
- Leverage trading platforms and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy in trade execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) are a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in derivatives trading, commodities, or a similar role within financial services.
- Strong understanding of global financial markets, trading mechanisms, and risk management principles.
- Proven track record of client relationship management and ability to drive trading volume.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in trading software, Bloomberg Terminal, Reuters, or similar platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia) are advantageous.
