Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging cybersecurity awareness training programs for global employees, ensuring alignment with Henkel’s security policies and industry best practices.
- Create and maintain interactive training materials, including e-learning modules, videos, simulations, and workshops, tailored to diverse learning styles and regional needs.
- Conduct phishing simulations and other security exercises to assess employee awareness and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with IT, HR, and regional security teams to integrate cybersecurity awareness into onboarding, compliance training, and ongoing employee development.
- Monitor and report on training effectiveness, employee engagement, and security behavior trends to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on emerging cyber threats, trends, and regulatory requirements to ensure training content remains relevant and impactful.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on cybersecurity best practices, incident reporting, and secure remote work policies.
- Promote a culture of security awareness through campaigns, newsletters, and internal communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Education, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity awareness training, security education, or a related role, preferably in a global or multinational organization.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, threats, and best practices, including phishing, social engineering, and secure data handling.
- Experience developing e-learning content, training materials, or instructional design using tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for non-technical audiences.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Security+, or Certified Cybersecurity Awareness Professional (CCAP) are highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with strong time management and organizational skills.
