Responsibility
- Serve as the first point of contact for German-speaking guests, providing personalized assistance via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Manage guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests with efficiency and a high level of professionalism.
- Coordinate with villa staff, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any guest concerns promptly.
- Conduct pre-arrival and post-departure follow-ups to enhance guest satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Assist in organizing local experiences, tours, and transportation for guests, tailoring recommendations to their preferences.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, preferences, and feedback in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create German-language content for promotions, newsletters, and social media.
- Uphold the company’s brand standards and ensure all guest interactions reflect our commitment to luxury and excellence.
Qualifications
- Fluent in German (C1/C2 level) and proficient in English (both written and spoken).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in guest relations, customer service, or hospitality, preferably in a luxury setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport with guests from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to anticipating and addressing guest needs.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, reservation software, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by guest demand.
