Responsibility
- Assist in the sorting, grading, and packaging of fresh fruits according to quality standards.
- Operate and maintain basic machinery and equipment used in production and logistics.
- Ensure workplace safety by adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
- Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles, verifying quantities and conditions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas to uphold hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or supply shortages to supervisors promptly.
- Follow inventory management procedures, including labeling and stock rotation.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM/O-Level or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics is an advantage but not required.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift/move heavy items (up to 20-25 kg).
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills in a multicultural environment.
- Willingness to work in shift-based schedules (including weekends/holidays if needed).
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently under supervision.
- Local candidates in Bali (Badung, Denpasar, or surrounding areas) are preferred.
