Responsibility
- Assist in the sorting, grading, and packaging of fresh fruits according to company standards.
- Operate and maintain basic packaging machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload shipments, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas to comply with hygiene and safety regulations.
- Follow inventory procedures, including labeling, stacking, and rotating stock.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors promptly.
- Adhere to all workplace safety protocols and wear required protective gear.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school education or equivalent; no prior experience required (training provided).
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Willingness to work in a cold storage environment (if applicable).
- Basic communication skills in English or Bahasa Indonesia.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts (including weekends/holidays as needed).
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or agriculture is a plus.
