Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end logistics, coordinating the shipment and delivery of books and learning materials to students globally.
  • Supervise daily office administration, ensuring a clean, organized, and fully-stocked working environment.
  • Liaise with external vendors, shipping partners, and couriers to resolve tracking issues and guarantee timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate digital records of inventory, shipments, operational expenses, and student databases.
  • Support internal teams with general administrative tasks, scheduling, and ad-hoc operational requests.
  • Continuously identify bottlenecks in current operational workflows and suggest efficient improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field (Fresh graduates are highly welcome to apply).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and basic data entry tools.
