Responsibility
- Oversee all daily operations of the boutique hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty, maintaining a 5-star experience.
- Manage relationships with Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) to maximize visibility, bookings, and revenue.
- Lead, mentor, and train a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Optimize pricing, promotions, and inventory to drive profitability and occupancy rates.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling campaigns and partnerships that attract luxury travelers.
- Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and implement cost-control measures without compromising quality.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management, with at least 2 years in a General Manager or Senior Leadership role.
- Proven success in managing boutique or luxury hotels, preferably in a high-tourism destination.
- Strong understanding of OTA platforms (Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia) and revenue management systems.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by operational needs.
