Responsibility
- Assist kitchen staff with food preparation, ingredient washing, and basic cooking tasks.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas, including washing dishes, utensils, and food preparation equipment.
- Provide support for hotel housekeeping or warehouse operations as assigned.
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are strictly followed at all times.
- Assist in the receiving, organizing, and stocking of supplies and inventory.
- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Assistant, Dishwasher, or General Worker preferred.
- Ability to perform manual labor and stand for extended periods.
- Strong command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines is highly advantageous.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to adapt to flexible assignments and locations.
- Excellent time management skills and a strong sense of reliability.
