Responsibility
- Manage and organize office documents, records, and files with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and administrative documents as needed.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders to ensure smooth operations.
- Support cross-functional teams with data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in administrative or clerical roles (1+ years preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
