Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive clerical and administrative support to the accounting department.
- Prepare, maintain, and organize accounting documents and records with accuracy.
- Assist in data entry, invoicing, and financial reporting tasks.
- Handle correspondence, filing, and document management efficiently.
- Support the team in reconciling accounts and verifying financial data.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing of documents.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive financial information.
- Assist in ad-hoc administrative tasks as required by the department.
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in clerical or administrative roles, preferably in accounting.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and basic accounting software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
