Responsibility
- Oversee daily facility operations, including maintenance, cleaning, and security services to ensure a safe and functional environment.
- Manage site finances, including budget tracking, expense reporting, and cost optimization for assigned properties.
- Process and monitor purchase orders, ensuring timely procurement of supplies and services while adhering to company policies.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement proactive solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, work orders, and service contracts using facility management software.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all operational activities.
- Support emergency response planning and crisis management for facility-related incidents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities coordination, property management, or a similar role.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, purchase orders, and financial reporting with high accuracy.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in facility management software (e.g., CMMS, IBM Maximo) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of local regulations related to building safety, maintenance, and environmental standards in Indonesia.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
