Responsibility
- Record and maintain all financial transactions in the company's accounting system with accuracy and timeliness
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review
- Maintain and update the general ledger, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all payments and receipts are properly documented
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with local financial regulations
- Collaborate with auditors during financial audits and provide necessary documentation
- Develop and maintain financial procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles
- Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote/hybrid environment
- Experience with bank reconciliations and financial statement preparation
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial compliance requirements
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required; Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
- Associate degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
