Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support strategic planning.
- Manage tax compliance, including filings and audits, to minimize risk and ensure adherence to laws.
- Lead internal audits and implement controls to safeguard company assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Mentor junior accounting staff and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Utilize accounting software and tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on financial reporting and analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and financial compliance standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and deadlines.
- Willingness to work onsite in Bali, Indonesia.
