Responsibility
- Oversee daily office operations, including facility management, maintenance, and cleanliness to ensure a safe and functional workspace.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and landlords for office supplies, equipment, and utility services.
- Manage office inventory, including stationery, furniture, and IT assets, and place orders as needed.
- Handle mail, packages, and courier services, ensuring timely distribution and documentation.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff and visitors.
- Implement and maintain office policies, procedures, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Liaise with HR and finance teams to process administrative requests, such as expense reports and employee onboarding logistics.
- Monitor office budgets related to general affairs and provide cost-saving recommendations where applicable.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in general affairs, office administration, or facility management.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office management software.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing operational challenges.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with local vendor networks and office procurement processes in Bali is a plus.
