As a General Affair Staff, you will be the backbone of our facility management and administrative support. We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing various vendors, assets, and office maintenance tasks. Responsibility

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including facility maintenance, cleanliness, and security protocols.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure adequate supply of office stationaries and consumables.
  • Monitor and maintain company assets, including vehicle maintenance, office equipment, and building infrastructure.
  • Handle relationships with external vendors, service providers, and building management.
  • Oversee payment processes for office-related invoices, utilities, and vendor contracts.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and internal operational projects.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local environmental and safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in General Affairs, Office Administration, or Facility Management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable dealing with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and high integrity.
  • Domiciled in or willing to be placed in Padang Sidempuan.
