Responsibility
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, and office correspondence.
- Support the HR team in recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and maintaining employee records.
- Coordinate with restaurant operational managers to ensure efficient supply and procurement tracking.
- Assist in the preparation of daily/weekly operational reports for management review.
- Handle inventory data entry and monitor office or restaurant supplies.
- Facilitate internal communication between departments to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and employee information.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma degree in Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in F&B or retail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and basic English.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle data with accuracy.
- Professional attitude, reliable, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
