As a Gallery Executive, you will play a pivotal role in showcasing our premium furniture collections, guiding clients through their design journey, and ensuring every interaction reflects the elegance and sophistication of our brand. Based in one of Bali’s most sought-after locations—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung—you’ll work in an inspiring setting that blends modern luxury with tropical charm.

Responsibility
- Provide personalized consultations to clients, understanding their design preferences and recommending tailored home furnishing solutions.
- Manage the gallery’s visual merchandising to ensure displays are aesthetically appealing and aligned with brand standards.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive client engagement and follow-ups.
- Conduct product knowledge training for new team members and stay updated on the latest collections and trends.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize in-store events, promotions, and VIP client previews.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate with the logistics team for stock replenishment.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients and interior designers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury home furnishings, interior design, or high-end customer service.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based or performance-driven role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong understanding of design principles, color schemes, and space planning to advise clients effectively.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office (or equivalent tools).
- Passion for interior design, architecture, or luxury lifestyle brands.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
