Responsibility
- Assist in the administration of investment funds, including NAV calculations, fund accounting, and investor reporting.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies for fund operations.
- Liaise with clients, auditors, and regulatory bodies to facilitate smooth fund servicing.
- Process investor subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update fund records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Support the preparation of financial statements and regulatory filings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve fund-related queries and issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in fund services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Prior experience in fund administration, banking, or financial services is a plus.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment funds, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
