As a Retail Assistant, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service, maintaining store standards, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. With a monthly salary range of IDR 20,000,000 to IDR 26,360,000, this role is perfect for those eager to learn, grow, and make a difference in the retail industry.
Responsibility
- Assist customers with inquiries, product locations, and purchase decisions to enhance their shopping experience.
- Operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle payments accurately and efficiently.
- Stock and replenish merchandise, ensuring shelves are well-organized and products are displayed attractively.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store, including aisles, checkout areas, and storage rooms.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock or discrepancies to the management team.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Participate in promotional activities, such as setting up displays or distributing flyers.
- Follow company policies and procedures, including safety and hygiene standards.
Qualifications
- No prior retail experience required—full training provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and colleagues.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills for cash handling and inventory tasks.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 10-15 kg).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a customer-first mindset.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
