Responsibility
- Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, and returns in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate cash registers, handle payments, and ensure accurate transactions.
- Restock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain store presentation standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages or discrepancies to the store manager.
- Ensure store cleanliness, including floors, shelves, and product displays, to create a welcoming environment.
- Process deliveries, verify stock quantities, and assist with unloading shipments.
- Adhere to company policies, including loss prevention, safety protocols, and customer service guidelines.
- Support promotional activities and seasonal campaigns to drive sales and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a customer-focused attitude.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 10 kg).
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with retail POS systems or cash handling is a bonus.
