Responsibility

  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service, assisting shoppers with inquiries, product recommendations, and purchases.
  • Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and ensure accurate cash management.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards to create an inviting shopping environment.
  • Restock shelves, monitor inventory levels, and report low-stock or expired items to the store manager.
  • Process deliveries, verify stock quantities, and assist with unloading and organizing new inventory.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  • Adhere to company policies, including health and safety regulations, loss prevention, and cash handling procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store performance goals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese) are advantageous.
